Services Provided
Universal System Designs developed the "Electronic
Data Management" Program to assist in Tracking and Processing Injuries
The "EDM" Program is provided on CD and designed in
Microsoft Access. Requires Microsoft Access 98 or later.
Annual upgrade will include any new forms and/or necessary
updates as required by TWCC.
Telephone Consultation or In-Office Consultation
USD provides Consultations over the phone. Charges are in 10
minute increments.
Contract work performed for the client as it fits into the daily
schedule and are charged on an hourly basis.
Clients requiring assistance or training on-site, but outside the
Austin, TX Area, are charged on a daily basis, plus expenses. Expenses include air
and ground transportation (mileage, lodging, rentals, etc.) and the cost of supplies and
services required to perform work for the client.
Monthly Membership would provide monthly updates on any forms
and/or notifications that would impact the processing of an On-the-Job Injury. |
